As Director of Food & Beverage, Brian Skogen oversees food service operations for all dining outlets within The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, including Artisan Beach House, as well as Pool Bar & Grill, in-room dining and special event venues. With more than 10 years of hospitality experience, Skogen comes to the property from Café Martorano where he spent five years at the famed Italian-American concept, first as part of the opening team for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino location before climbing up the managerial ranks at the flagship restaurant in Oakland Park.
